Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, understand what you want to build, and prepare sensible next steps for a discovery conversation.
How it is handled
Your enquiry is sent by email to our project inbox using AWS SES mail relay, our email service is Zoho Mail and your data is kept on servers in the EU to comply with GDPR. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists without your express permission. We do not currently engage in any marketing, if this changes we may send you one opt-in email.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for responding, quoting, project delivery, records, or legal obligations. Currently that would be a minimum of 7 years after project completion or the end of the contractual relationship.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry details we hold, unless we need to retain them for legitimate business, contractual or legal reasons.
Contact
Use the enquiry form if you have a question. Do not include sensitive passwords, payment details, and private credentials in the message field. We will never email you and ask for any sensitive information, any such email received should be ignored and we ask you contact us directly through the enquiry form.
